Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the pool rules. They will also be posted inside the glass cabinet in the cabana entry way.

All violations of the Fern Valley pool rules will be taken seriously and may result in the suspension of pool privileges.

2026 Fern Valley Pool Rules
For Pool Members and Guests
May 9, 2026 – September 20, 2026

• Open hours are 9:00 am – dusk. All persons must exit the pool before dark.

• Use the pool at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Owners and the HOA are not responsible for accidents.

• Pool is for the private use of the HOA members and their guests.

• Fern Valley HOA can restrict pool access to members at its discretion.

• Limit 4 guests per household. No guests allowed without an adult member present.

• No more than 21 people in the water at one time.

• Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult.

• Adults should not swim alone.

• Swim pants are required for children who are not toilet-trained.

• No running, diving, or boisterous play.

• None of the following is allowed on the property: glass, smoking, drugs, weapons, or animals of any kind.

• No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol may use the pool.

• No one may use the pool who has open sores, nasal or gastrointestinal infections.

• No trespassing and no fence jumping when the pool is closed.

• Each member is responsible for tidying up and closing umbrellas before they leave.

• First aid kit and telephone available for emergencies.

• The disability chair is only for those who have mobility issues. No one else may operate or use the chair.  Violations will result in loss of pool privileges.

Party Rules:

• Contact Chris Stewart at 919-608-8203 to reserve the cabana.

• No more than 10 guests allowed.

• Cabana will be reserved for your event, but the pool will remain open for members.

• No parties are allowed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
