All requests must be submitted and approved by the Architectural Control Committee of the Fern Valley Homeowners Association, Inc. This includes (but is not limited to) fencing, sheds, decks, house color changes, and tree removal, if the tree (or trees) has a diameter greater than 4".

• Please consult our neighborhood's Covenants to check if your project requires HOA approval.

• Our volunteer committee does its best to process, review, and put to a vote every request as quickly as possible, but sometimes it can take time. Please be patient.

• The Fern Valley covenants specify the HOA has up to 30 days to respond with an answer to your request. You may not move forward with your request until you have received committee approval or 30 days have passed from the date of your submission without a response from the committee.

• If an architectural request is denied, you will be provided with an explanation, and if it's an issue that can be fixed, you will need to resubmit your updated request with the corrected issue that will then be reviewed and brought to another vote.
