Chili Cook-Off!

Date: Saturday, November, 9th
Time: 3:30 pm
Location: Pool parking lot

Bring your best batch of chili and compete for bragging rights -- or just come hungry and judge! Great food and great fun.

Holiday House Walkthrough!

Date: Friday, December, 13th
Time: Evening (exact time TBA)

Celebrate the season with a festive evening of open homes, treats, and neighborly cheer! Several homes will open their door to share food and holiday spirit.

Want to participate?
- The HOA will provide $100 for refreshments to each volunteer household.
- To join the walkthrough as a host, email president@fernvalleyhoa.com by December 1st.
